Titus uses Titus’s Stabilier Pro lithium silicate as a concrete densifier in its concrete polishing process. Titus’ HP2 lithium silicate densifier is high in reactive solids to achieve better concrete densification and has a silane additive to minimize liquid penetration into the concrete. Titus’s Stabiler Pro lithium silicate significatly reduces the moisture vapor emissions of a concrete slab to help prevent wet slippery floors and efflorescenc of the slab. Titus also uses Titus HP2 lithium silicate stain protection. This stainguard has a high early resistance to moisture. Titus has experienced ponding water eposure to Tituss lithium stain protecftion as soon as 2 hours and it did not not turn milky like other stain guards for polished concrete on the market. Titus’s stainguard is the "walking surface" for our polished concrete and meets or exceeds OSHA and ADA slip resistance critra.

There is a difference in silicates. Titus uses only the best processes and materials. Do not buy false concrete polishing shines from diamond resins or false shines created by over application of silicates. These shines will wash off over time as sodium silicate and potassium silicate are both water soluable.
